No. Quotes are completely free and there's no obligation to book. You'll get a clear price range up front - and the more detail and photos you send, the more accurate it'll be.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes. KRT is fully qualified and carries public liability insurance, with over 5+ years working in the trade. Proof of insurance is available on request before any work begins.
Which areas do you cover?
Burton-on-Trent and roughly 25 miles around it, including Swadlincote, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Uttoxeter, Tutbury, Lichfield, Tamworth and Derby. If you're not sure, just ask.
Do you supply the paint?
Either way works. Most customers let Kian supply trade-quality materials at cost, but if you've already picked out colours or bought the paint, that's no problem at all.
How much mess will there be?
As little as possible. Furniture is moved and covered, floors are protected with dust sheets, and everything is cleaned down and put back at the end of each day.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or cash on completion. For bigger projects the work can be split into staged payments, agreed in writing before anything starts.
Can you work around my job or my tenants?
Yes. Evenings and weekends can be arranged, and void properties can be turned around quickly between tenancies.
