Who we are

KRT Painting & Decorating is a sole-trader painting and decorating business run by Kian, based in Burton-on-Trent. If you have any question about this policy or your details, contact Kian4612@icloud.com or call 07931 738726.

What we collect, and why

When you request a quote through the website we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address and postcode if you give them, a description of the job, and any photos or videos you attach. We use this for one thing only: looking at the job and coming back to you with a price. There are no marketing lists, no newsletters, and your details are never sold or shared for advertising.

Where your details go

Your quote request is delivered to Kian by email, along with a short notification message to his phone. To make that work, the website relies on a small number of service providers who process the data on our behalf:

• Vercel - hosts the website and stores any photos or videos you upload so they can be viewed when pricing the job.
• Resend - delivers the quote request email, and your confirmation email if you gave an address.
• CallMeBot - sends the short "new quote request" notification (your name, area and job type) to Kian's WhatsApp.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp directly, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to price the job and, if you go ahead, to carry out and guarantee the work. If you don't go ahead, you can ask for your details to be deleted at any time and we'll remove them.

Analytics and cookies

The website uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not identify you personally, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what details we hold about you, ask for them to be corrected, or ask for them to be deleted. Email Kian4612@icloud.com and it'll be sorted. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
